We are so excited for you to join us for the MOST fun 3 days of summer next week! kidBLAST! starts bright and early Monday, June 17th, and we can’t wait to see you!
PLEASE READ BELOW, AND REPLY TO YOUR TEXT “Got it” with your name, as a signature that you have read and understand our kidBLAST! policies!!
CHECK-IN: All children must check-in with an adult. Please do not drop off at the curb. You will receive a receipt sticker that is your ticket to pick your child up in the afternoon. If someone different will be picking up, please take a picture of the sticker, and text it to the person picking up. Please help us keep your kids safe by following this protocol!
SCHEDULE: Check-In begins at 8:40 under the tent each morning. kidBLAST! is from 9:00 – 3:00 each day, Monday-Wednesday.
LATE ARRIVAL: Children MUST be checked in each day NO LATER than 9:30. We will not permit late arrivals past this time. If you are unable to work your schedule or to miss morning sport practices or other obligations and arrive by 9:30, kidBLAST! may not be the right fit for your family this summer. Please respect this rule, and do not try to drop off past 9:30.
CHECK OUTS: **if you need to pick your child up during the day, please text Jessica Day at 256-572-7314 before you arrive for check out. We will have your child under the tent for pick up. Please make sure to follow the same protocol of showing your receipt sticker at check out.
AFTERNOON PICK UP:Please enter the building under the tent through the right hand glass doors. You will hand your receipt sticker from check-in (or show a picture) to Hayley Powell, your children will be called, and you will exit through the left hand doors.
TEAM COLORS: Children love to celebrate their teams each day! They can wear their colors, use face paint, or colored hair spray to show their team spirit. We will also have some spirit gear at check-in they can put on each day. Teams are based on the grade they JUST COMPLETED. Team colors are:
o PreK – PINK
o Kindergarten – PURPLE
o 1st Grade – RED
o 2nd Grade – YELLOW
o 3rd Grade – BLUE
o 4th Grade – GREEN
o 5th Grade – ORANGE
ALLERGIES: If your child has allergies, PLEASE remind us at Check-In so we can double check we have them on our allergy list. If you need to leave an Epi Pen or other medication, please see Jessica Day at Check-In.
IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT after all, please text Jessica Day at 256-572-7314 so she can free your child's spot for those on the waiting list.
